my friend is a shy person, it is a big step for her to ask me to give her something she needs.
i told her to ask me anything she wants, but i am afraid that she'll be my friend just because she needs me.

I am not understanding the thing that you are saying how long have you two been best friends if it is not for that long then she is not your best friend but well I have to tell you if you do know each other for a disent amount of tie then time it self will tell you how much you can trust that person because well it is the matter of knowing each other well enough.

You make no sense you put yourself and told her to ask you anything she wants, but yet your afraid that she'll be your friend just because she needs you...when you put yourself and your friend asks you for something you gave your friend the ok to ask you...it is your fault..not your friend...to ask...
