1. stares at him a lot.
2. hits him a lot. (just play hitting )
3. yelled, "Hi!", to his mom that day she picked him up from school.
4. tries to make him laugh anyway even if u gets hurt in the process
5. ur voice gets softer ("Hey, you") when ever you two talk.
6. he hung up on u. u called him back.
7. invite him to a group outing.
8. u call him to talk about nothing at all.
9. remember little things he mention in casual conversation.
10. sometimes stares straight into his eyes.
11. every possible way to touch him (your hair, face, ***, thighs, ect.)
12. let him catch u staring at him
13. try and talk, and spend time with him as much as possible

DO
Talk and spend time with the person as much so that they understand that your interested.
Let them know that you like being around them and arrange times to be around each other again.
Be natural.
If it's a guy let him know that for now your mainly interested in him and not other guys, give him the confidence. Guys do compare themselves against other guys and will use different criteria to you to assess whether you could possibly be interested in you.
He can quite easily talk himself into having no chance with you if you are talking to someone that he feels is better looking than him or more wealthy or successful than him. Other guys can reinforce this by undermining confidence like she's out of your league etc.
You'll never know his thoughts if he does this but he could blank you in fear of rejection or potential heartbreak.
DONT
force the issue, if he is of low morals he could take advantage
try too hard,
be too attached to him and only him before it is time, it can make your appear deesperate

You have not gone in2 a lot of detail? i;e Are you still at school. Were you no this guy from. Do you work with him? I'm going to asume that you are over 18 and you and you see this guy on a regular bases. Send him a romantic note. Not to going in2 to much detail. But then he is aware of you. May b wear somthing nice that he can see you in. And let his imaging work. Get close to him. Talk to him while he is on his own. This is my advise. Because this what i would like a woman to do to me if she was instrested in me to do. Good luck. Hope you get your man

It varies depending on the attraction. If I'm comfortable with a woman and she has a nice body, I'll be very touchy with her;
If I'm intensely attracted to her, when I see her, it is as if the entire world is merely our eye contact.
It's like a candlelight soft focus where the rest of the world is completely silent.

Show them you are really intrested in them by looking them in the eye when you talk or agree with every thing they say. Maby smiling might work there are so many ways you could let some one know you are into them. Give it a try they do work.....

Annoy the hell out of him. and flit with him. Ask him things like can I stare at you? He will say yes if he likes you or why ( or no to play hard to get)then ask can I go to your home? Then Can I go to your room? THen Can I sleep on your bed? THen laugh and say you were just foolin and wacth his reaction. Also if you hit him playfully and he hits back he likes you. Hug him every time you see him too. It works.

Just be yourself, nice and friendly.
There is no point in forcing yourself onto someone, if through you normal conversations he doesn't get it, or doesn't show interest, then maybe he is not interested.
