For the past couple of days I've felt this burning sensation on my left nipple. I've examined it and it doesn't appear that there is a cut or scratch at all. It's just a light burning sensation and is very sensitive to touch. Does anyone know what it could be?

I have had that sensation recently and it went away when my period started. I thought it was really weird- and it went away= I would see a Md if it did not resolve when period starts- or maybe you're pg-
