In the simplest defintion, it is not "found in a website", because IP doesn't have to do with a website. IP address is a routable protocol in the TCP/IP protocol suite that is responsible for IP addressing, routing, and the fragmentation and reassembly of IP packets.
You can't find IP address of a website as explained above. However, you can find your own IP address by doing this.
Click Start > Help and Support. In the Search box, enter "Get information about your computer" without the double inverted commas. Then click "View general system information about this computer". Your IP address is displayed.

There have a lot of way.
(1) Visit www.dnsstuff.com & use "IPWHOIS Lookup" tools.
(2) If you are using Windows NT, or Windows 2000 or Windows XP, In the command prompt, type "nslookup www.desire.com"
(www.desire.com means the website that you want to check)
(3) In case of any version of windows, in the command prompt, type "ping www.desire.com" (www.desire.com means the website that you want to check), It will resolve IP address & will start to ping.
