Try some CLR. Available at your local home and garden store. Should do the trick.

Barkeepers' Friend or Zud. Contains oxalic acid which will easily remove rust marks without damaging porcelain. Wash and rinse the dish well. Oxalic acid crystals are poisonous.

"Whink" rust remover, it works. You can buy it almost anywhere. I usually get mine at savemart, or any hardware store. it comes in a small brown plastics bottle and costs about $5 to 6 dollars. Get some it works on all rust, clothes, porcelain metal, you name it.

Soak it in water mixed with liquid bleach. After a few hours, you can wash it with liquid soap and stains will be gone.

clr is made just for calcium, lime and rust, follow directions on the bottle and rinse well
