What are the police like in the U.K.?

They are usually fair with how they treat ppl and they are quite respectful until you start disrespecting them, but many crimes do go unnoticed as they usually spend time on cases to do with drugs and alcohol b/c thats a huge problem in the u.k and they miss a lot of the other crimes going on around them. I would hate to be a policewoman on a friday or saturday night in the u.k! They know how to have a laugh and they do have chats to you when they just feel like it as it's a good thing to get along with the general public so there is more co-operation and respect between us all.

Fair minded and easy to deal with if you don't break the law. They don't carry guns so they are less scary. Easy to approach and one lent me his hat for a photo when on a stag do.

The Daily Mail who supports the conservative opposition are always trying to paint them poorly to make the Labour government look bad.

The major criticism is that they spend too long in their cars and not enough time walking around the neighbourhood and that they spent too long doing paperwork (but this is to make sure that the evidence stands up in court. If it is not done properly then the suspect could walk free.)

there fair but not always honest and can be very selective when investigating crimes we have a body called cps crown prosecution service they decide whether to charge or release some one but most of the time the cps let people get away with crimes due to lack of evidence which leaves the police infuriated so many people i n the uk get away with crimes because of lack of evidence
