You need to take initiative, by starting a conversation with him. You can start with a short conversations, and gradually, keep extending it. Once you get to know him a little, ask him to the movies or something that you think he might be interested in. Find out what he likes first.

Sometimes you just have to take a deep breathe and go for it. Ask him out or start talking to him {try to say more than Hi} If you shrink away every time you are attracted to someone you will never feel good.
If you just cant do it then start small, give him a killer smile or flirt a little then work it until he notices. Good luck

go introduce yourself and start with a hello dont look for a huge fancy pick up line go with the flow find something you both show alot of interest in and start talking talk with him every day even if its just hey drop the lines such as there is this movie i really wanna see or i roll solo at the moment if he denys spending alot of time talking to you in front of his friends dont take it personally he just doesnt wanna be known as the guy who has gone all soft for a chick be yourself at all times and flirt a lil maybe one day u may be walking dwn the isle

Just act normally, dont do anything strange and funny. check out wat does he like and gain some knowledge about that. Then talk to him like u knew him from a long ago. Make sure u dont bother him or make him feel irritated. Just act like a good friend should do. If he talks to u by his own in a week, ull get the floor. but if he doesnt, just drop him. Dont harm ur self-respect.

You can make a point of saying hi to him at every chance you get. When you say hi, you can lecherously lick your lips and, if you feel especially bold, flicker your tongue. If you got a nice figure, wear noticeably tight, tawdry clothes, which reveal your bosom.
