While watching the film 21 grams I am wondering is there any resources or websites I can look at to prove this? Ie prove that we indeed do lose 21 grams at the exact moment of death.

I don't know abou that, but in Bad Lieutenant, Harvey Keitel stole at least that much from a stiff that was in the back of a car. trouble is, he was so out of it already that he spilled it all over the front seat. That movie rocks.

Well when you die you pee, so that could be the 21 grams

the other answer is correct, you do pee and also your bowels empty most of the time due to muscle relaxation at the time of death.

medical researtch may exist, but the sourse would most likely be some obscure paper in some obscure journal.
