Gee Mr. Sloth that would all depend on the food you eat. Do you exercise? Are you beaten on a regular basis? Are you light meat or dark meat? Are you spoiled? All of these are factors as to a piece of meat tenderness & freshness. If this is retorical, Well then I'd have to say all of the above. So which way was this meant?

Well they don't move around much so there wouldn't be much muscle in it, so it shouldn't be too chewy, depends how old it is I would think.
