Ragged in school or college??

hmm...never been on the other side, but we did rag our juniors when I was in college...
one fine day we got bored and got some juniors assembled in the hostel...
we made them sniff cocaine...the guys were really reluctant to sniff it...so we sniffed it first to make them comfortable...after a lot of drama, intimidation and bullying we managed to get some of them sniff it...
after a while they all were really really high...and scared...
it was really hilarious to see them get high....
bcoz what we all sniffed wasn't cocaine but talcum powder..lol..
