People are probably gonna think I'm very stupid but this is what works for me. So, I did this a few months ago because I'm not the smartest. Keep that in mind. Acne is caused by bacteria growing in and under your skin right? So I absolutely thought that if Hand Sanitizer killed bacteria, why can't it kill it on my face? Andddd that lead to me putting some small amounts of hand sanitizer in my T-zone and other practical places.I do this about 2-3 times a day and that works really great for me.

While in the shower, turn the water on as hot as your face can handle (without burning) and massage your face or wherever you're breaking out. The heat will melt the oils and use a mild cleanser (or soap) to wash it away.
After the shower, make sure to lightly moisturize your face (area prone to breakouts) because if your skin is dry, the body will try to compensate for that by excreting more oils. Which lead to more breakouts.
Clean and Clear has a nice, light moisturizer that has salicylic acid in it to help prevent blemishes from occuring.

Keep your face clean and when you have a break out dab some white toothpaste on your spots, allow to dry overnight and in the morning wash it off. This has worked on my stubborn acne for years and the spots disappear almost overnight. At least for me.

ocean water.....steam rooms(the steam helps heat the skin and clear out impurities), I use rubbing alcohol on my face sometimes. There is another thing that really works....so it on Oprah yrs ago....a baby's pee or your first pee of the morning....pee in a cup and use a qtip to apply where needed...leave it on for a few hrs....gross but it works....do it if you are desperate. Drink a lot of water and only water....no choclate...avoid greasy foods...it really helps

you can use tea tree oil which is an antiseptic. You should wash your face first then dab them on the areas as needed. Don't apply it to your whole face, you will regret it..
