Can you watch other video of other party when you use Skype? How?

Skype always drops during calls but chat mode is ok. If you can view each other during chat, then it would be ok.

Unfortunately no. You can only use video during conversation mode in skype. The best video-while-chatting option by far is MSN messenger. Yahoo Messenger is not ideal either because the video opens in a different window from the chat window. So when you type, and the chat window is on top then you cant watch the video. MSN is the best implementation. Just use that for chatting with video. Enjoy!
