I'm guessing she has no ob or any means of transportation.
Tell her how you feel. Be upfront with her.
If that doesn't work tell her to get a job.
But whatever you do, don't lie to her and hurt her in any way, physically or emotionally. Except telling her you don't want her anymore.
There is no way of getting around that.
Another thing you can try, which has worked for me in the past, is completely ignoring her in every way possible. Don't answer when she calls, or when she's talking to you, pretend not to pay attention.

Do mean a real life one then kick her out or move and let her pay the rent.
Ghost one you need to get holy water and spread it around, also play happy happy music. Shield yourself in the white light and gold light. They hate kid or Christmas music.
