What are the types of housing avilable in China? Do most ppl own or rent?

Do most ppl live in one-family dwelling or with other families?
It would be deeply appreciated if you could give some information asap.. cheers.

Almost invariably high rise, eaxcept in the countryside areas which are very poor.
It seems that a high number of people own.

Most people in the country areas own their own homes which are single or attached dwellings.Their families have owned the houses for many, many years.Many since 19th Century or earlier.
In the cities, nearly everyone lives in apartments, which they buy. However there would be some who rent.
People who work for the Government sometimes get their own houses, which they keep when they retire
