I just checked out the CIA website and they are hiring.

I'm not kidding they are and they require a degree for most entry level jobs. The downfall is you must relocate to the DC metro area, but they pay really well.

This I would like to know. I've been working warehouse jobs since I graduated in 1999 with B.A. in Psychology.

Pretty much anything. I wish you kids would stop assuming that a college major is only there to give career skills. There is so much more to higher education!

if you want to work in a psychology related field, a Ph.D. (and in some cases M.A.) is required.
A BA in psychology usually doesn't get u to those jobs
