The quietness of snow on a moonlit night or cuddling under the blankets with my husband and sleeping in a little longer on my off days; falling asleep before a warm fire after a hot cup of tea, cocoa , or Bailey's and chocolate. Cold weather also equates to Chrismas time in my mind, and at Christmas, there is the time when the tree is lit, but the house is quiet and peaceful because everyone is asleep, so I can sit in my living room and ponder things for awhile in the glow of the tree. There's also nothing like walking around in the crisp air on the mountainside at night and looking down into the valley at everyone's Christmas lights below, or snuggling in a warm fleece-lined sleeping bag in a tent when it's just a tad nippy out. I do not love cold weather and I am usually tired of it after two months, but these are definitely some perks:)

Not having mosquitos flying between my eyes and the lenses of my glasses. Not having to swat every 2 seconds. Not having sweat roll down my face, arms, legs, etc., after walking around in my yard for just two minutes. Not having to mow the yard every few days. Being able to stand near enough to a campfire long enough to roast a weenie or a marshmallow. Breathing fresh, clean air! The stars that seem so much brighter in winter.

Ok, not sure about the spaces up there! but my favorite is watching the snow/rain falling from my window while having a hot coffee.

my favourite part is to be able to slip into warm comforter, sip a cup of hot cocco, looking at the fireplace and cuddle with bf. And of course, my favourite holiday - christmas and snow!

the fact that it is not hot. i hate hot weather. i would rather bundle up than be shiny from the heat
