You can make your own by combining sea salt and body oil. If you want over the counter check your local drugstore, they will have them in the beauty section. They are all pretty compatable. I would say Bath and Body Works is the best out there though, they have great scrubs, but they are a little more money.

(m)
2/3 cup ground nuts or seeds (see helpful hints)
1/3 cup oatmeal, brown rice flour, or whole wheat flour
enough liquid to make a paste (water, yogurt, milk or aloe vera gel--see helpful hints)
optional: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon herbs (lavender, for example)
Combine the dry ingredients in a blender until they are reduced to a coarse meal. Pour the meal into a glass jar with a screw top. When you want to have a body scrub, scoop out about 1/4 cup‚s worth of the meal, and place it in a bowl. Stir in enough of the liquid to make a paste. Scoop up the paste with your hands or a washcloth, and rub over your body. Store the glass jar with the meal in the freezer.
Helpful Hints:
*Almonds are the traditional nut used. If you have dry skin, try flax seed; it is very lubricating.
**Note that yogurt and milk are natural exfoliants known as alpha hydroxy acids, and they will slough off dead skin cells in their own right.

You can make your own with some olive oil, kosher salt, lemon juice, and lavender oil. My wife made some at a hobby night and really liked it.
