Um....stretch marks, maybe? Those are normal, especially if you've had a rapid growth spurt in that part of your body.

Hi - these are most likely stretch marks. They are normal - some women never develop them others get them on breasts or thighs or stomach or buttocks from stretching as they grow and develop or after gaining weight.
If you are worried about them get yourself some Palmers Cocoa Butter for stretch marks - I used this during my pregnancies and the marks are fading - they will most likely never disappear.
PS You don't need to see a doctor - and a doctor can't FIX them. Another way to minimise the marking is by rubbing vitamin e oil onto them every day - just buy the liquid capsules and pierce with a pin and squeeze onto your skin.
It happens because the elastin and collagen in your skin can't keep up with the rapid growth rate of the tissue and muscle underneath.
Be proud of them - they are a part of your journey into womanhood

Normal stretch marks due to growing rapidly.
New stretch marks are red and they eventually turn a white color or the color of your skin.
Nothing to worry about and like the others have said once they turn no one will notice them.

They are stretch marks and happen in skin that isn't moisterized properly. You breats are growing at this age and so you'll need to put lotion on the area. It's the same thing as pregnant women. Put Cocoa Butter on the area and it'll lessen the stretch marks.

Ok, I think you are either a teenager who has just developed or a mother who has just given birth. They are stretch marks that come from recent growth or expansion of the skin. They will fade.
ooo, I am not sure about this but one last catagory is someone who recently got implants too

Are your breasts growing? They are probably stretch marks from the skin not being able to stretch at the smae rate your breasts are getting bigger. Put cocoa butter on them.

If you are talking about blood veins, that just means you have thin skin on your breast and it is very common.
If you are talking about stretch marks, that means they are growing. The stretch marks will not go away though. I wish they would. ha ha ha

Are they stretch marks? Happens sometimes if you develop quickly. Otherwise, I don't know.
Stretch marks fade some, but don't go away.

Sounds like stritch marks marks to me. If you have had a baby and you have finished nursing, the milk will disappear and will leave you with some stritch marks.
If by chance this is the case I would go see the doctor.
