Check the Buford Highway Flea Market near Chamblee and Doraville. There are many different cultures there, and you might find what you need. I have not been there latley (a few years, really), but Chamblee and Doraville encompass so many different ethnicities, that you are bound to at least run into someone who can guide you in the right direction if they don't have what you need. Also, check with the Pendergrass Flea Market at Exit 137 on Highway 85 north...just be careful and do the speed limit if you actually go...the cops in Pendergrass are pricks. You might want to check the local papers and internet, too...if you can read Spanish, then some of the local Hispanic publications (I think "El Mundo Hispanica" is still published) may have ads for Dominican shop owners that sell exported items from the Dominican Republic. Good luck!
