I am a mother of a son, working in govt. department ........my husband made agreement in 1991 ...The agreement was not process in any court . so we start living seperately due to incompatiblility in our nature, at that time my son is 5 years old . But we have a 3 storage building which is in his name...at that time we both constributed to make that building... now he is collecting money and giving me no share from it... ple. help

Divorce the guy officially and get half of everything he owns. And then, if you meet someone else and fall in love, you can do something with the other person without having to tell them that you are technically married.

Unless u have proof of your contribution to the building (receipts/statements or written agreement) it will be extremely difficult to prove it in court., as the bulding is under his name. The best advice I can give is to consult a lawyer to determine if u have a fighting chance in claiming your share.

Get a solicitor onto it fast, you can get legal aid and advice or see citizen advice bureau they have a legal team there that can give you advice and a list of solicitors you can go and see and talk to. It doesnt look or seem right at all especailly if you are legally married seek help asap before things become worse and nasty. He seems a control freak and has done this not out of love but control over you and your life.

Get a lawyer and get your separation determined in legal terms. Why would you stay such a relationship? If you are afraid due to citizenship problems or abuse, don't be. You have the right to receive legal counsel and not be harrassed over other issues.

You can ask for court relief re: assigning custodianship of the child's property while he is still a minor. Fruits of his property will be governed by a guideline. At least no one can assume rights on the proceeds i.e. how it should be distributed and spent.
