Actually many pharmacuetical companies offer internships to undergraduates. A list of companies from us isn't going to help much, because you probably want something in your area.You should check with your college's internship/career center for companies that are recruiting for internships in your area.

I just finished an internship at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. Usually, this is the best way to get your foot in the door, unless you know someone who works there. As for training...I don't think any company is going to be willing to do that.

To be honest....no pharmaceutical companies would train undergraduate because they will only hire permanent/contract employees with working experience or fresh graduates.

They ALL do internships, most companies of any size support an internship program.

I would just call up the one your interested in and tell them you want an internship in your field. They'll usually accept people working for free, no problem.
