Dolphins can think critically, make choices right or wrong, enjoy sex and have a very high language level. So the answer to this is yes.

Not really.

Wolf packs can operate as a team to direct prey into an ambush.

Orcas can work together to herd schools of fish into a small space so that they can be consumed all at once.

Chimpanzees can use twigs as an eating utensil to get ants out of antihills.

Seagulls will drop shellfish onto rocks to break them open.

Ravens can pull a string that has meat tied to the end in order to get at the meat.

ONLY humans can conceptualize of a hunt they're going to perform TOMORROW and lay out the tools necessary in order to make it a successful hunt. ONLY humans can communicate to one another through language and artistic expression the tale of that hunt afterward. Some animals can conceptualize how to solve problems, but they can't begin to conceptualize and think critically as humans can. It's that cerebral cortex you have to thank. ;)

every animal thinks on a rudimentary level, and we are not that much above animals.. relatively thinking. Where we differ is the animals do more what God designed them to do. Men, having free will and a rebellious nature "Rebellion is born in the heart of a child- but the rod of correction drives it far away", tend to vainly think they are better than God who made them. They become critical of God's book of instructions (the Bible) and thinking thier logic is above God's (there is a way that to man seems right but the end thereof is destruction) and "professsing themselves to be wise they become fools."
There is no animal smart as man, but; there is no animal as foolish as man either.

Why of course!! Being a Southeast Asian Deltarat and a computer user (obviously), I'm critical of many things, and as far as logical thinking, when a dolphin beats me in chess, he can join the club. ___ Rat
