because they feel that it'll make them more beautiful or more womanly. Its one thing to be beautiful and its another to feel feminine and sexy. Also, men tend to comment a lot on breasts. I guess its a guy thing to make those comments but it makes women feel that guys are more focused on breast size than beauty. Girls with bigger boobs also get more attention than ones with smaller.

If they are fake and augmented: Because they are superficial or insecure about themselves. Most of the time they have low self-esteem and confidence in themselves. They should just appreciate what they have.
However, sometimes people are just naturally endowed, and sometimes these people are going to the docs to get the reduced.
Some of us are in between or small. We are very lucky.

they feel that the bigger the better. when they get old its going to sag down to their knees i dont care! I love my perky mosquito's bites.
