From plotting the four points given,your diagonals are (0,0),(6,9) and (1,5)(5,-3).

1st line:
(y-0)/(x-0)=(9-0)/(6-0), y/x=9/6=3/2, 3x-2y=0

2nd line:
(y-5)/(x-1)=(-3-5)/(5-1)=-8/4=-2, y-5=-2x+2, 2x+y=7

3x-2y=0
4x+2y=14
7x=14
x=2

6x+3y=21
6x-4y=0
7y=21
y=3

the coordinates of the diagonals would be (1,5);(0,0) and (6,9),
(5,-3)
equations of the diagonals
D1=y-5/-5=x-1/-1 =.-y+5=-5x+5
=>5x-y=0............................(1)
D2=y-9/-12=x-6/-1=>-y+9=-12x+72
=>12x-y=63........................(2)
point of intersection will be obtained by
solving the equations of the diagonals
subtracting (2)-(1)
7x=63 so x=9
substituting in(1)
4-y=0 so y=45
the coordinates of the point of intersection are(9,45)

1. Plot the points to see what the quad. looks like. Then you can determine which two points pair up to form each diagonal.

2. Use the two points to find equation of each diagonal.
(y-y1)/(x-x1)=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

3. Solve the system of equations to find the intersection point.
