what happens to the electrons when we dont tap the electricity from a generator?

When current is not supplied on that time,,,,,,, electrons move randomly in metal,,,,,, when electric supplied then,,,,,,,, electons move opposing to current flow,,,,

They stay where they are. If the lack of demand continues, generators begin to shut down. Then when demand increases they are brought back on line.
