No passport can be sent thru mail except if there are no Emabassy's in our Country of Resident. e.g Polish consulate is in Abu Dhabi so we can courier our passport.

What you must do is with the help of her old passport copies (visa stamp) try to get new visa issued first. She can re-enter with new visa.

Becareful passports via mail is prohibited, read info in your passport Last pages.

Why she is staying in Abu Dhabi without valid visa for last 7 months. Once visa is expired u r supposed to return to India. If ur passport has been expired u can renew there itself. If u had applied afresh then, I think it will not be sent to AbuDhabi from India. U contact the Consular office at Abudhabi they will help u out for renewal fo the passport. If it is visa u r staying there is illegal and u need get ur visa extended immediately.

OTHERWISE YOU WILL FALL INTO TROUBLE

explain the passport dept about the situation and tell them u have the copy of the passport and the visa and try to renew it with that if they say no then the safest way would be ur daughter will have to come here. Otherwise u can try courier service that would be the best option.

Send it / get it sent by speed post, it's the fast, secure and the most reliable service you can get around.

I doubt it. Normally she has to receive it in person.
