Yes, although whether you need to or not probably depends on your cup size.
I saw this woman on a talk show a few years ago and the host complimented her on her fantastic breasts, even though the woman had to be 50. The woman said her secret was wearing a bra to bed every night. So, even though I was like 20 at the time, I decided to take it up! I've invested in some comfy bras. (Yes they exist- the Body by Victoria Full Coverage is my choice.) I'll let you know it 25 years if it has worked.
As for the breast cancer concern, a little quote from the American Cancer Society:
"Internet e-mail rumors and at least one book have suggested that bras cause breast cancer by obstructing lymph flow. There is no scientific or clinical basis for this claim."

No they are the most uncomfortest things man ever made. It was a man that invented them. I wish they could go around wearing them all day long. Then something might change on how they fit. The bra was made for man to enjoy the female chest. Not the comfort of the female.

absolutly not. you can of course, but wearing a bra 24hours a day is not what you should be doing. You should let it loose in bed so you aren't sore and sufficated; let the girls breathe

Only if I'm too lazy to take if off before I get into bed. Those are usually the nights when I'm dead tired.

Actually------Yeah, I do. As a child, I thought that it would guarantee having perky breasts. Boy was I wrong. I do so now out of habit. Occassionally I'll sleep sans bra.

You know what? I always have since I started wearing bras. My friends haven't.. guess what. Mine have always stood upright, never dropped no matter how big they got and theirs .. well.. that's another story ;)
