Chad's secret lover has me too, I've been wondering for awhile. I do think that it is either his first wife (forget name) from LA. The girl he was with when Whitney was in Rome (forget her name too, but Theresa's secretary). Or even a gay lover, don't know why but just because it sounds like something they will do... I hope they reveal it soon though!
As for Ethan ever finding out, I'm not sure. I want him too though because I despise Gwen. JT Cornell returns October 5, so either he'll find out who exposed him or he'll find out who Little Ethan's real father is (him).
As for Miles (Whit and Chad's baby) and Maria (Kay and Miguel's baby), they are never shown, maybe they are having play dates with each other... I don't know.

Im super confused about who Chad's secret lover is. I think its kind of ridiculous that he has one since he is the one that persued Whitney for all that time. I mean, mother of his child. He adopter HER baby before he even knew that it was his. Jerk!!!
I think EVENTUALLY Ethan will find out the truth about Gwen. I mean, Teresa and Ethan would have never split if it was not for Gwen and her hoochie of a mother. Ethan really loves Teresa he is just being stupid. I dont know where the baby is. He was on a week or two ago wasnt he?!

i havent really got to watch it in a while but i really wish ethan would find out because i really dont like gwen. and i like teresa. and i wish shearadan would find out about chris and leave him for louis. and that Fancy would stop being such a spoiled brat. and that Kay and Miguel would just stop their mess. i miss charity haha
