Don't poop. Hold it in. A lot of people are anal retentive and become quite successful.

eat more fiber for reall try bran flakes in the morning... then when you shower make sure to really wash your crack good because if you do have hemorroids then you don't want them to get infected and finally my friend preparation h will save you a ton of pain slap that stuff on there for a couple days and pesto! pain goes away ... but you gotta get more bran in your diet or else it will get worse... way worse... and you don't even have to be that old to get 'roids.. my cousin had to have surgery when he was 19 plus take your time pooping this isn't a power lifting competition for spincter muscles.... if you want you can join my poop therapy class we all get together on thursday nights and help each other with breath techniques and encouragement... it really helps to know you are not alone... lol jk

Sounds like a personal problem, but if you dont want to poop too much, eat something really spicy, take a massive sh*t, than hopefully you won't have to poop for a while afterwards.
