Well I'm the sameway with sleeping with my shirt off because I feel as well comfortable too. But the truth is that sleeping with shirt off in bed is not the best idea because when sleeping your body is known of picking up different kinda oils in the bed that you be sleeping in that are dirty, do to oils that rub off your body during previous nights when you sleep in same bed.

Acne, especially body acne, is based on genetics. Sleeping shirtless wouldn't lead to acne.

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

Maybe, but only if you don't wash your sheets/pillow case often enough (you should do that once per week). If your bed linens are clean, I don't see how being shirtless could cause acne.

I think you mean back ACNE... Yeah that must be it.
Um... I usually just sleep with my shirt off because I don't want to choke in the middle of the night - I toss and turn.
This is a serious issue? Get a back scrubber... I dunno.
Wash your back enough - but not too much because that will just amke it worse.

Yes and no. Boy, that makes sense. Yes it causes acne, BUT only if you DO NOT change your sheets on a regular basis. If you change your sheets weekly then it should not be a problem.
