You're asking how to rob from the gas company? You are going to listen to morons like us? You are going to do something to a pipe that distributes a very volatile gas into your home possibly blowing up you, your home, and everyone in it just so you can steal some gas? Are you serious?

Don't!! Meter readers are trained to spot any tampering with the meters. Also any suspicious deviation in mcf's(million cubic ft)of gas used. Unless your looking for a nice warm jail cell for the winter!

Pay the bill. Tampering with a utility meter is a misdemeanor.

Find where the feed comes into the hous leading to the pipe. There should be a plastic knob. Turn the knob so that it runs lengthwise with the pipe.
