Most spontaneous miscarriages happen because the fetus is not properly formed and not by something the mother does or does not do. It is just natures way of avoiding major birth defects.
Avoid all alchohol, eat well, take vitamins and get lots of rest and you will be fine.

I would try to take it as easy as possible during the first trimester at least but most likely your first miscarriage was due to something with how the baby was forming and had nothing to do with you and your ability to carry a child to full term. Your O.B. should be able to give you the best advice since they have all of your medical history. It is completely normal to become over worried after experiencing such a traumatic loss, keep in mind though the more you worry the more tress you will put on your body and the baby you are carrying. Stress is never good during a pregnancy! I know its easier said than done , but I can relate after having two miscarriages but now the mother of four beautiful children! Good luck to you and your new baby to be !!!

Miscarriages are not well understood and almost impossible to predict and/or prevent. I'm sure you were careful and cautious before; just stick with that and hopefully this time will turn out better. Best of luck!

They usually just happen and there isnt anything you can do to prevent it and there prob. wasnt anything that you did that made it happen. Maybe it was a bad sperm or egg.

having a single spontaneous abortion does not mean that you have any fertility problems. if you have had multiple spontaneous abortions, you might have a problem with your fertility.
