Pound that food

Why not ask, how to be fit or in shape rather than only getting fat?

I would recommend for you to do more exercises and eat more. As you consume your energy for exercising, so you will tend to eat more. That's when you gain more weight yet still looking fit. And because you're exercising, getting a thorough sleep will not be difficult for you, too.

Good luck.

Don't get fat.

Being fat sucks.

Besides, if you're naturally thin, then eating and being generally lazy might get you a little bit heavier, but you're not likely to stay that way.

Act, you are the only one who can do it. You have to want to. You have to believe in you. You have to change every aspect of your life. It is a lot more than just a diet.

Your caloric consumption must outweigh your caloric use. In other words, move less than you eat.

So yes, do both.
