.........a guy denies his feelings for a girl and she knows he is and always plays with her emotions and flirts with minors and children so she emails him saying that he can't be her friend anymore until; 1. he admits his feelings for her and stops lying, 2. stops flirting with his youths and kids(he's a youth pastor) and 3. stop trying to avoid leading her on like a plauge because only people who has feelings for someone but don't want to admit it do that?

He's either very immature in which case you should drop him, or he's a pedophile and using you to be near the kids, in which case I'd keep an eye on him. I don't know the guy so I'm not accusing, just saying it's very unusual behavior.

It means you should do two things. First, forget about the guy and move on. Secondly, if he really is flirting with these children, that's a bad situation. As a Youth Pastor, he's in a position of authority over those kids. Maybe you should voice your concerns about this to someone.

Maybe he just isn't into you? People don't tend to lead on like a plauge either, plauges tend to kill people. Hence the saying "Avoid him like the plague".
He sounds like a pedo, dont waste your time.

It means you had better look somewhere else! This guy is heading down a road of trouble. It means you don't satisfy him (not talking about sex either). He is looking for someone younger, apparently much younger. If he chooses to continue in these things you have discribed, he is going to fail. Please forgive me if I offend you, but if you think this guy has feelings for you, you'd better open your eye's. RUN! There are plenty of other guys who will love you the way you deserve to be loved.
