Yes.
My Dad turned 90 last May, and he's still a young man. At 68 years younger, 22 would certainly be a young man.
On the other hand, you didn't specify gender when you said "22 yr old," so in that case, I lied: A "22 yr old" is a young woman (unless we are talking about a male)!
Enjoy your youth. As a man said many years ago (I forget the source, and I do not recall the exact words): Youth is so precious, it's too bad we must waste it on the very young.

Yes, "youth" is generally defined as between the ages of 16 and 25, although sometimes extended down to 12 year olds as well.

I know people who are young at 80 and old at 21. Relatively speaking, 22 is still a friggin' kid ;).

I have know 20 years old that were very old and 75 years that were very young
It is a state of mind ........
My self am 66 years old and I believe & feel very young.............

I don't believe your age is important to know if you are a young or old.It is all about your behavior and the way you thinking and how you look at life.
