that its legal to smoke weed in Holland ( a country or place not sure in europe)? and lets say if I went to europe would it be legal for me to drink alcohal since I am under age?

You can smoke marijuana in certain places in Holland, namely Amsterdam. Most of it is as much tobacco as weed.
