Level 1 people? Level 2 people? Level 3 people? etc., etc...

Level 5 and up write good answers and sometimes questions.
Level 4 write good answers.
Level 3 are still trying to get a lot of best answers.
Level 2 are new people.
Level 1 are people imitating celebrities and brand new people.
