Get one of those mattress that you can put a glass of wine on one side and do the nasty on the other. You know the late night infomercials. It's win win, have sex then quench your thirst with the wine.

oil it? I have the same issue but my bed frame is wood and I have hear it creek for the last time...the new frame should be here in a little bit.

Tighten the screws in your bed frame or head board and if that doesn't work... you need a new bed or bed frame.
