Soak your hands in Tomatoe Juice or sauce and I also heard that Milk will help also. I did that in 1987 and WOW, I burnt my hands all to hell.. next time wear rubber gloves..

food like milk and bread help to quell the spiciness in your mouth after eating spicy food containing substances like capsaicin contained in most peppers(causes the spiciness), by acting on the capsaicin, so it should help with capsaicin contact on the skin too.

I would wash your hands with a mild soap under luke warm water, then soak them in cool water. If you have any Aloe Vera it would be soothing & cooling.
