My mother, who was quietly intelligent, funny, loving and kind, and who was totally disabled, yet remained active until the day she died.

There you are. Haven't seen you tonight. Maybe I'm blind, lol.
The person I respect the most is my 92 year old grandmother. She raised her 5 children and then raised 3 of her grandchildren, including me. She was diagnosed with MS when she was in her early 30s and told she wouldn't live to be 50, which she did, obviously. She raised her grandkids from a wheelchair until we were grown. She can't walk anymore or take care of herself, but she still has a sharp mind and I think she deserves more honor and respect than anyone else I know.

Respect is hard to earn and easy to lose. Before he passed away I would have said my father. But now I'd say my Mr. and Alan Rickman, he does a lot of good work for Amnesty international and other causes, and has never hurt anyone I have heard of. And you?

my grandmother. She raised 4 kids, 1 grandchild, and she never, ever judges anyone. She is the most wonderful person I know! She loves everyone equally, always makes you feel like the most important person in her day, and right now, is taking care of my grandfather who has Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. It is very difficult, yet she handles everything with grace, and is able to help my grandfather maintain his dignity throughout this ordeal.

I respect all people the same. There are some that do not respect themselves, but that's another question.

My father. He worked 15 hour days and then came home to make us meals and clean the house . He taught us well and was always more caring than my mother.

President Bush. If you asked that question in 1998 I would have answered President Clinton. If you asked in 1945 I would say President Truman. I sure wouldn't want to make the decisions that these men had to make.
