For some people, that is very normal during pregnancy. The "yellowish" was just some stomach acid (aka bile) because there was nothing else in your stomach. Try keeping crackers close by. I lived on Tums while I was pregnant. You can also try ginger-ale.

Well honey, I'm not a doctor but I am a mother and I had morning sickness all day long! LOL Then it just subsided and the headache and nausea were both gone. You have to remember that you are now sharing your body with another person and this new and precious little life needs lots of your nutrients to grow and become strong and healthy and perfect! LOL You'll need to make sure to eat right for both of you...it is only the two of you ??? Do you know how many babies are com'in? LOL Ahh to be pregnant again! I wish you happiness and healthiness and joy unabounding! Take good care darl'in and let me know when he/she makes the big entrance!God Bless! @-}-}------ P.S. I wish you were my daughter since my daughter has decided to wait for 5 or so years before giv'in my a little one to call me "Grands"...LOL J/k
Honey, if the nausea returns just start keep'in a bottle of water and a package of saltines on you bedstand and before you raise up or put your feet on the floor eat 1 or 2 of those saltines followed by a little water and believe it or not that will help you. They also make an over the counter bottle of oil...I can't remember the name of it but the pharmacist will know and can get it for you. I gotta tell you...to me it's almost as bad as the nausea itself but you still might want to give it a try if it does continue. The saltines and water are my first choice.
