couple of days.. well depends on the size of the scratch

put some antibiotic ointment (just a little) on your finger and smear it on the scratch before bed. this will heal it up in one or two days.

It should heal up in less than a week unless it's infected

Less than a week. Just put medicine on it and don't touch it.
