Yes, even if they were not free I would get them. If I felt that I was insecure or physically deformed and that was a solution, why not? If I did my research and found that it was safe and it made me feel better than I'm all for it. People get dental implants, they have eye surgery, liver transplants, why not breast implants? Why should the person who has a breast implant be judged on the appearance of them? Are they imitated by a pair of breast whether they are real or not? Who cares? It has nothing to do with the person as a individual, I would rather have a friend with fake breasts than a friend that is pointed!(pardon the pun, I put spell check in and they came up with this, so I'm leaving the error ha he it was suppose to spell opinionated. ha he) Just my opinion... kat

No for many reasons:
I have seen older women with these "implants" - very unflattering;
I wouldn't undergo the anesthesia or pain involved;
I would not implant anything in my body - nature gave me what I needed; and lastly,
I am a confident, successful woman and I am very secure - I don't need implants to make me feel sexy, desired or womanly.

NO!
It's cheaper for women to get their self esteem up then risk their health for some compliments.
If u are trying to persuade someone to get a major surgery like that so u can have some funbags to play with then let me ask u this:
Would u get Testicle Implants if they were free?

Yes, I would. I have them now and do not think that makes me any less of a woman. Anyone who I did not tell would have no idea that they were implants as they look totally real and are a reasonable, realistic size.
Most of these girls that answered no are either naturally large breasted or lying!

No. Implants procedure poses serious health risks, besides among other things. Natural is good.
Would you enlarge your penis if the procedure was free?

no. I am fine with my small b cups. I wouldn't put my self through all that pain for some implants that are going to sag after you have kids and get old.

I would like to think that I love my body how it is and god made me just right but I would if they were free

No, I wouldn't. I like myself for what I am. Besides, I'd be pretty cautious of any surgeon that offered "free" surgeries.
