The answer is 6467. Now I want to know why. :)

Here's a hint - think multiplication...

Think about the 1st and 4th digits and then think about the middle 2 digits.

To me, the simple reason for 6467 being the odd one out is that it is the only prime number amongst the 5 given numbers.

Of course the other more complex reason is that in all other cases, the number made by the two middle digits equals the product of the 1st and the last digit.

6467 is an odd number because the rest of the numbers are divisible numbers. just try to divide 9455 by 5 and you will get 1891. try divinding 7568 by 4 and it equals 1892. try dividing 9364 by 4 and it equals to 2341.

6467 is an odd number with only two odd factors: 29 and 223.

Otherwise, 6467 is completely undistinguished.

6467 is the only number, which is a product of two prime numbers, 29 and 223. Others are not product of just two prime numbers as such.
