I already have a gold purse and gold shoes and im not too sure I want to get gold jewelry, but im going shopping for some so if i see some i like i might get some gold jewelry. It just seems like too much gold to me...any suggestions

Haha I dont have a gold fetish. Actually a gold dress was the LAST thing I wanted to get, I would rather wear green or black. And my gold purse and gold shoes matched my green dress from prom! My green dress had some gold in it. I will def not be wearing any gold jewelry i was thinking maybe pearls or diamonds.

wear pale gold jewellery that has another color in it, maybe pink or green rhinestones or sequins. be sure your hair ornaments match the jewellery color, whichever one you decide to pick. Good luck at the formal!!

i personally think you have a gold fetish. go for sterling silver, white gold, platinum, diamond, pearls, emeralds, etc.
i think you might want to change the outfit/accessories. too much gold going on, is not very stunning.

YUP wearin gold jewelery will indeed b FAR 2 MUCH gold.... as a tiz uve got a golden purse n shoes...... i suggest diamonds...well if u can't afford real ones(as majority of us can't!!!! jus for a party!!!!)....there's always fake ones.... n hardly ny1 will kno th difefrence....and nyway no 1 owuld xpect u 2 wear REAL DIAMONDS!!!

You might try 'White Gold' jewellery, will look pretty, but too much "gold" - "gold" may look a little off...

Go with stones. Amber or something like it. Try multi-tonal stones that complement the color of the dress without duplicating it.
