I am not trying to be crude here, but it seems like when women get breast implants, it takes away from their sex appeal instead of enhancing it.

I'm not a fan of any body enhancements. If a woman needs implants to increase her "self-esteem", then what does she do after the novelty of them wears off? How many other parts of her body does she need to enhance before she's OK with herself? If they are doing it to impress someone, then maybe they are hanging out with the wrong people.

I have never been with anyone who has them.
I dislike them on the mere premise that society has done something to make women think they are inferior in some way so they subject themselves to needless surgery which causes scars and sometimes numbs the breast to any feeling. Worse than that, some women develope complications. Infection, rash, rejection and have to go in for repeated surgery.
I know these things to be true because someone I know is a nurse and a friend gets a health news magazine that reports all kinds of stuff.
SAD!!!

I'm not a guy, but I would like to voice my opinion. I am size 36c, I have no complaints. I think they look fake, never mind that there is a health hazard, concerning them. But, that is just my opinion.

A lot depends on how they work it.
If you turn into Kayla Kleevage, they are far too big.
If you are Tara Moon, they seem to work better

Well, i'm not a guy...but still, I HATE FAKE BREASTS!! It is really disgusting, My boyfriend hates that too, so no way of thinking about that for me!!

My hubby likes the Real Thing, to much is a mo--h full. What ever he says , cause I have pimples, & he loves them has for 20 years.

i've always wondered how men could find themselves attracted to something they new wasn't real. let alone a pair of skin coloured gravity defying beach balls.
