Indian Cricketers should be paid like this. If they make 1 run than they should be paid 10000 Rs. If they make 2 than 20000. Similarly if they make 100 runs. They should be paid 1000000. I am sure they will play better than today they r playing. Just think over it.

The amount offered by you is very little for some players. They prefer to make 2 to 3 adds and try to make 2 to 3 crores insted of wasting time for 100 runs.

Idea is good. But I do not think 1 run deserves Rs. 10,000/-
Instead of that I feel that proportionte deduction should be made
from the match fee of players who do not perform. For this purpose a base should be fixed for the Batsman and Bowlers,
i.e. if a Batsman does not score less than the minimum level specified, he should be penalised by deduction from the match fee. Similarly if a bowler fails to take the minimum number of wickets specified as base, he match fee should be deducted proportioately. Further if a particular player fails continuously in couple of matches, he should be made to sit out for couple of matches and other talented players should be tried out.

This is the only way to eliminate the complancy that has been
crept into the minds of our players and improve their performance
For a batsman

how about deleting some of the zeros at the end of 100 00 so it makes it rs. 100 per 1 run ? your idea is well... good but the problem is not money for the Indian Cricket team... they gat loads of money and you will not believe it but the Indian Cricketers are the people who make most money out of cricket even the English and Australian cricketers get paid less... the Indians at the crease are just well unfocused... theyare too distracted by other things in their life like all the politics [in cricket itself] and all the stupid advertisments they give.... they are basically too hyped up and i hope their defeat at the DLF Cup in Malayia will bring them back to earth...:)

IT is not a good question. cricket fan should stop criticising team when players failed to perform. I am talking about DLf cup
ind is out dlf cup b'cuz batting failed and bizzre umpiring. the decesion against dhoni and harbajan went against ind. Assies palyed a better cricket.
Dravid biters already started shouting bring back gangly. ppl forgot so quickly that same team won 18 of 25 odis and lost some matchs ppl started balming dravid.
when ganguly out of team ind ranked 8th in icc ranking and now after 1yr dravid's captaincy ind is ranked IIIrd. What a hypocracy.
If dravid & team wins it is against secong hand team or match is fixed. But when team won under ganguly ppl say waht a glorious win and ganguly a grate captains.
team ind did not win all the matches under gangly. zimb is worst team than wi which ind won under ganguly's captaincy.
Player M W L D
SG 146 76 65 5
RD 45 25 18 2
Dravid’s odi’s batting average is better as a captain than as a batsman. Ind did not won all matches under ganguly.
Ppl make dravid also captain for equal no matchs like ganguly then compare……

no,i think that's a stupid idea!i am sorry but yes it's a stupid idea.it would give a lot of comfort even to the 1 run basman,Rs10,000.they would simply not try because they are making 10-20runs and they will get 1 to 2 lakh rupees.it will spoil the indian cricket team as they will not try their best.then even bangaladesh will be better than the indian cricket team but their is one positive point in it.match fixing will be stopped but anyways this situation should never occur.

Indian didn't played bad yesterday. The pitch wasn't good. I like to say that it's Aussies game plan to make pressure on umpire. You see that when sachin given out first time McGrath wasn't appealing, Brad Haddin start appealing first and after him the fielders and after that McGrath asks. And when umpire called Sachin back, on T.V. replays it shows that Ponting say something to Sachin that make him angry. You can say it by seeing his face. One time Symonds bowling to Mongia, Ponting appeal from mid-on for caught by keeper and not bowler appeal first nor keepper, what was it? Is it excitement or making pressure on umpire.
When Harbhajan Singh got out did you hear what commentator said, they said that what Australian had heared. And the all Australian appealed for 15 seconds.

And if you are saying that Indian don't know to play then for your information if Dhoni didn't given out of a no-ball then India easily went into final.

10,000 rupees per run?Are you insane?and who do you think will pay them so many? If this kind of rule will be imposed, every player will not play for his team victory,he will play selfish game for earning money. For example,if the team needs 15-20 runs in the final over, the batsman would take 5-6 runs and will easily earn 50,000 rather than thinking for winning the game

Idea is good but not workable.

What BCCI will do ?

What Sewag,Kaif, now Dhoni also ? Will they do any part time job to earn their bread.
Without team spirit no team can win a single match.Indians are not greedy for money, they are lacking in fitness, techniques and good sporting atmosphere.

hey, as per your idea they have to play everytime, instead of that if they are successful in one match the amount of money they get thru advertisements is much much higher than they earn by playing
