Nope. Movements indicate a healthy baby, and I guess in your case you have an active baby. Some expecting mothers hardly experience movements. Don't worry.

I don't think so I have had 4 children and I really think the only time you have to worry is if you haven't felt a movement in 24 hours. it could have been something you ate that has stirred the baby up. I used to find that was often the case.

I have 4 kids. 2 single births and a set of twins. My single births hardly moved. My twins where really active. Have you had an ultra sound yet? Maybe theres more than one. Depends on the pregnancy. Each pregnancy effects your body different and each baby is different. Good luck

No, I am 37 weeks along and I was worried about the same thing and my doc told me no....you need to be worried if the baby is not that activem My doc said if you lay down and relax the average baby should move at least 10 times in an hour...no worries

this question and diverse the responses made me snicker. i'm 20wks pregnant besides. attributable to having twins nevertheless, in accordance to my Dr, I even have lots and quite some progesterone in my device. Which slows each and every thing down. So now, as quickly as I would desire to have a bowel stream, it makes me so chuffed. So I want i'd desire to declare I had the subject of being greater universal. LoL. yet for the final couple of days I even have been, so i wish that my hormone tiers are night out and doubtless I merely isn't so bloated and slow? in spite of this there have been fairly good strawberries at wal-mart the different day, and that i've got been eating them like they are going out of want. so as that would have helped too.

I have had 2 children, and they were both extremely active. How far along are you? I would keep track of the times the baby moves, what you ate or drank, how many movements you feel, and talk with your doctor. Good luck, and congratulations!!

Most times no. I hope you are under the care of a physician and receiving pre- natal care. Excessive fetal activity should be brought to the attention of your doctor at your regular visits.

Its a good sign your child is active. don't worry. you would experiance the movements & jerks more & more intensively as your child grows.you may also feel movements at certain times of day. i thinks its normal. i use to experiance it when i would sit quiet.
