Unlike most of the countries of the more advanced west where internets are more frequent, to find out which emirate you may wish to contact got to the State Dept (U.S.). website and it will list how to reach the one you want.
another source is thru ask.com and yahoo.com.
a third way is thru the Encyclopedia Britannica (U.K.) on-line.com website which has more contacts under its diplomatic listings. many of these emirates are not openly friendly to western/americans and it will be quite a culture shock should you wish to emigrate or seek employment.
many of them are absolute monarchies and in this day of terrorism, they are very restrictive. you can't fall back/depend on diplomatic help if you should break their very strict islamic laws. so do be careful about going there as it isn't all that nice over there as National Geographic makes it out to be.
a last thing to remind you of is the extremes in temperatures there - very HOT summers and rainy Cold winters - very little spring or fall seasons.

Perhaps Kale Consultants in Mumbai, Emirates is well organised I wouldnt think they need overseas auditors
