I prefer to sprinkle a few flakes of uncooked oatmeal, rolled not steel cut oats that it, on top of my ketchup in the mornings. The oatmeal give it this wonderful earthy flavor but doesn't overpower the high fructose corn syrup in the ketchup.

Just tried it. It was alright, but it detracts slightly from the flavour of my horseradish.
Maybe if I still had some marihoochey.
And some sweet pickle relish.
I do like ketchup in my applesauce. It complements the worms.
